Society, Environment, and the Vertical Climate Frontier in the Greater Altai (1950–2020)”, conduct historical research on climate change adaptation in the Greater Altai region.

Conducted archival and library research on industrial pollution and early environmental policy in late imperial and Soviet Russia. Co-convened two international workshops. Contributed to the project’s analytical framework and publication outputs. Work resulted in a PhD successfully defended in 2024.
